The service was friendly and helpful, with staff often being in the back or chatting in the cafe. The location wasn't ideal for walking around after dark and was noisy being next to the interstate, but it was convenient for visiting nearby Charleston. The dining options were satisfactory but slightly overpriced for what was offered. The hotel lacks some modern amenities, and the Wi-Fi service could use improvement.
